After having an absolutely awful experience at a previous jewelry store, I drove by this business on my way home..... made a u-turn and was pleasantly surprised! The sales associate was so helpful and although they didn’t provide the service I was looking for, she instructed me on how to do it myself! I will be back!!!! She was wonderful! Oh what a little bit of customer service can do!!

Brought in a metal Howard Miller wall clock to have the quartz clock movement mechanism replaced. Benny did a wonderful job in just a few days and he was even able to reuse the original clock hands so everything still matches. Lori at the front desk was also very helpful! Price was very fair - nice shop with many interesting pieces on display.
I needed a battery on a fourteen year old tag Heuer watch. Bernie changed the battery and also addressed some other problems with the watch. I agreed with him because it was a watch that was worn 24/7. He did the work but there were still issues. He sent it back to tag and never charged me anything more.. he was great and I would recommend him to everyone. Patrecia
I have been going to Clock and Watch Master of Naples before and after Ben Daidone took over the business. Since Ben and Loree have been running the company I cannot say enough great things about their professionalism, expertise and customer service. Loree, the manager, is very knowledgeable and has helped me in purchasing and repairing many wrist watches, albeit battery, band replacements or repairs. Their prices are very fair and I trust them explicitly. Love my watches!!! Erin R.
I didn’t even have the opportunity to go into the store because I called them directly to inquire if they indeed did replace watch batteries and the woman that answered was so gruff, rude, angry in her reply. She then proceeded to answer me in quite a castigating manner and proceeded to say that they did repair watches including batteries, that’s what the name of the store was, that’s what they did, that the name on the front of the store states watch repair etc. I then asked her what time they were closed and it was 3:27 when I made the phone call and she lit up again like a Christmas tree to advise me that they close at 3:30 and they’re out the door! She stated that they do not cleanThe store they just close and go!. So essentially, I got berated by someone at this establishment for wanting to bring my business to them. Terrible first impre. Obviously I took my business elsewhere.
