Terrible search! Organized by brands only. I'm not familiar with brands. I want to look at sectionals yet no product search available. I don't want to search through 20 brands first when many won't even carry sectionals. Also, every brand I tried forces me to sign up on their site. I just want to search. If I like something, I'll sign up or just drive to one of your stores.

Great store. Fair prices, great selection and our sales person Shelly spent as much time as we needed and was very professional with her advise.we used the Bonita Springs location. I also would like to say the owner also worked with us to make our purchase affordable!

STAY AWAY!! Don't go to this store. The sales person agreed there would be no delivery charge. They put it on the invoice when it was delivered . They never issued me a final invoice so I never was informed of the charge. After waiting 4 months for the table to be delivered, they showed up at my house without any call. Showed me the invoice and I had to pay the delivery charge or they would take the table back. The salesperson never kept me updated on the whole transaction, I always had to call her. I also never received a phone call of the delivery date, they just showed up!! The worst customer service I have ever received. I called the Manager of the store and he was just as bad. Told me I \GOT A GOOD DEAL\. If you want to be informed of the furniture you order, do not go to this store!!!

6 months and still waiting for furniture we ordered and paid in full for. No replies for months when checking on our order. Beyond frustrating company to work with. Once you place an order you are no longer a priority. Do not recommend.
