Rip-off company! Even if you don't use a single drop of water, you will still pay 62 each month. And that 62 doesn't include any water usage at all. So if you use water, it will be added in addition to 62. Even for a small family of two with minimal usage, the water bill is about 120. They don't even give you an option to stop your service, if you are away, and don't use any water. And why do they use the word \governmental\ in their name, if they have nothing to do with a government, and, according to their rep, they are privately owned company?? Too bad that they are monopoly in this particular area of Naples, and residents have no option of switching to any other company :(
