Food is pretty good better than the other restaurant that are in collier county. The only negative I have is when I call to place an order, I am told that it will be ready in 15 minutes. I get there in 15 minutes and I had to wait an additional 15 more minutes for my food. I found it better to just go there and place the order on site and wait for it. Customers service can improve but that goes for most Haitians restaurants.

I really dislike how Haitian people WHO CAN NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH, treat Haitian people WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH different it’s sad as nation to treat others differently. Today was the first day in my life where I really dislike my own kind.... IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK PROPER CREOLE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SPENDING ANY OF YOUR MONEY HERE. I CAN ACTUALLY SAY HAITIAN PEOPLE REALLY NEED TO TREAT THEIR OWN KIND BETTER WHETHER THEY CAN SPEAK OR NOT. La union my a

It appears that maybe this restaurant does not serve white people. My wife and I stopped in for dinner last night. We walked in, three folks at the bar, and two people at other tables. The employee was in the back so we sat at a table. The employee eventually came out from the back and handed someone a to-go container. She looked at us and then went to the other person at a table to take their order. She looked at us, and then walked to the back again. She came back and walked over to the bar with more take-out food (one person at bar grabbed the food and left). Two more people walked in, went directly to a table. She walked by us and directly to the table with these new people, took their order on a paper pad, walked by us and directly to the back. She came back out several minutes later. Looked at us again, walked over to the bar. After twenty minutes of being ignored my wife and I walked out. I have reported this to the Florida Business Association in Tallahassee. I'm sorry my skin is too white to be served. My wife and I have spent a lot of time in West Africa and we really like the African influence of Haitian food. We were looking forward to trying this place since it is less than two miles from our home. We will not come back.

The authenticity of the food is exceptional! Love their pork and snapper dishes with all the trimmings. They even recently launch an American breakfast menu that is great for early risers and very well priced for what you get. Aspil the owner is very friendly and loves to take care of his customers you can clearly see how much he loves what he is doing. Great to see local restaurantors making it and contributing to the communities that they are in.
