He anticipated every need and couldn't have been more helpful! We previously worked with Keaton and he was terrific also. Great customer service is their goal and they are superb at it. On July 7, 2020, my wife June and I, along with our good friend Shane, flew from Naples, Florida to Springfield, Missouri on a Charter Flight, with Jet 1 Charter. It was one of the best flights that we have been on with a Charter Service. Joey Taravella, Scott Phillips, and Keaton Phillips did a wonderful job accommodating us. They were very impressive in their professionalism and courteousness. They were excellent with communication, going above and beyond to schedule this flight for us on such short notice. The plane was spotless. It was a very nice, enjoyable flight which made us feel safe and secure while we were in the air. Both my wife and I, as well as our friend Shane, feel that the service we received was excellent. We will wholeheartedly recommend Jet 1 Charter to anyone looking for a superior Charter experience. My wife and I and our 7 mo old puppy ( her first flight) recently flew from Naples to Heber City - HCR ( nearest airport to PARK CITY) on a Jet ! Charter. We are both private pilots and frequent commercial air travelers and this was the best commercial flight ever. ( Naples to Park City Utah is too far to fly a single engine bonanza). We made Naples to Park City (HCR) in 3 and 1/2 hours, Instead of 8-10 commercial. The Pilot and Co-pilot were great, very friendly, accommodating to all of our needs, and the flight was smooth ( at 43,000 ft and 0.9 Mach) and the landing was a 10! Joey and the whole Jet 1 team were very attentive, Knowledgeable, and professional. And O-yeah, The price beat 3 other quotes. I can not say enough nice things about Jet 1 Stuart Bergman
