This company installed a pump and pressure tank system in a newly drilled irrigation well. Francisco was knowledgeable and competent. The workmanship from the well head to backfilling the trenches was done perfectly. They show up when promised and completed the work quickly. Would highly recommend Joe Water LLC.

My parents live in Naples and they recently moved to a new home which had well water with issues with bad smell (rotten eggs) and slimy texture. After doing a lot of research and despite not having many reviews in Yelp, I contacted Joe to give me an estimate of how much it would take to do a full R.O system for their house. Joe was pretty easy to communicate with and was visiting my mom's house for an inspection pretty shortly after we spoke. He quickly provided a detailed and clear quote of all the equipment he was planning to install (which other providers were reluctant to do). Joe was flexible offering solutions that adapted to my budget and was very generous educating me about the pros/cons of the different options. In the end we went ahead with Joe based on how smooth the interaction was and the pricing he was offering. In a single day the team went onsite and did the full installation and testing of the system. My parents were overall pretty happy with the interaction with Joe, and as my father is very handy Joe had no issues teaching him how to perform maintenance for the system by himself. After a month of the installation: the slimy feeling is completely gone, they are still having a bit of issues with the smell which is not completely gone, the TDS is around 70 (down 270 before the system was installed). Joe has been kind enough to stay in touch with my mother to work on getting this below 50 which is what I would expect from R.O. despite this not being an issue with the actual system (the test of water coming out of the system was around 20) so I'm confident this works as expected. Joe is a serious guy, and easy to deal with, if you are thinking of doing R.O I would definitely recommend.
You have to use Joe Water. I do a lot of research before I make a big purchase, so I got a dozen quotes for a whole house reverse osmosis system before we took the plunge. Not only was Joe Water one of the most affordable, but they took so much time explaining everything to us, making sure the process went smoothly, getting everything out together quickly, and even reaching out afterwards to make sure we weren’t having any problems. I’ve never had a company so responsive to emails, calls, questions, etc. When we had a different problem later, they immediately had someone out who helped fix our hot water heater the very next day. I have never been so impressed by a company — if I ever have a problem even remotely water-related, these guys will always be my first call in the hopes it’s a problem they handle.
Joe with Joe Water is THE BEST to fix your water system problems. He is honest, reasonable, prompt, and most of all extremely knowledgeable with years of experience. I would not want anyone else to work on our water system. There are many people out there who take advantage and don't have a clue as to what they are doing. If you have water problems, I totally recommend Joe Water.
When we moved out to the estates, we had been told the system we had installed was drinkable water and it wasn't. Found Joe through other great reviews and he explained what we needed and we couldn't be happier! The R/O system is amazing and works great. Joe had it installed in no time! Reverse Osmosis is the way to go! Thanks Joe Water!!!
