I’ve been to many medical spas over the years and I hate to say that this has been my overall WORST experience. Would give 0 stars if I could. The doctor is rude and unprofessional. The whole facility is unprofessional. No one wears a mask and when I politely asked they were very passive-aggressive about it... Not only are they unprofessional, but will do everything to scam money out of you! Take my word for it and find another, better, medical spa.

THANK YOU JILL! I am new to Naples and needed a Botox touch up before an upcoming wedding. My schedule was tight, however Jill graciously fit me in. The spa itself is SPECTACULAR and it was an easy and even relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

Take stairs to 2nd floor, down hallway to the balloons! A nice office waiting area has 2 chairs, a private waiting area in back has couches. (Waited over 1hr) Gourmet delights were everywhere! The staff is bubbly & exuberant, ECLECTIC in style. Perfect place for a trendy crowd in harmony with today's fashion, nose rings, tattoos! Spoke fluent English & fluent Spanish.
OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! I underwent a CoolSculpting consultation elsewhere, however decided to undergo the procedure at Pura Vida after they were recommended by a coworker. From the greeting when I arrived to the procedure itself, my expectations were exceeded. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and generous with their time. The facility is beautiful, clean, and parking couldn’t be easier. I’m excited to see my CoolSculpting results, and will return for lip fillers and Botox. THANK YOU PURA VIDA!
