Great experience for a covid test. Professional staff, quick service and provided all necessary information.
I was tested on Tuesday for covid paid 250 to get the results within 24-48 hours. Today is Saturday and still no word. I have tried to call everyday at all different times and never once has someone answered the phone. My co worker had hers done on Monday and they never did call her she had to stop in person to be told that they had been calling the wrong number. I would like to believe that if you didn’t have to write your number and email address a dozen times in the paperwork you have to fill out. I would give them 5 stars for how nice and professional they were in the office during my visit. But when you have family waiting to make sure your safe and jobs waiting for you to work and missed income it’s not right to let people wait in limbo while not answering the phone.
Receptionist did not wear mask covering nose properly in midst of covid pandemic.
