He was very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Overall his salesmanship and honesty are what got us in the right vehicle and on our way more than happy! My son and I drove 440 miles each way to purchase a pristine 2-year old 15K miles Alfa Romeo Giulia with TI and Sports Performance packages. The car was PERFECT, and the price was the lowest in the nation within a 500 mile radius of my home. When the sale concluded, the dealer gave both my son & I official Alfa ball caps, easily worth 25 each. All was great till that point. COVID hit, and it took about 5 months to get the title transferred. BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP MADE SEVERAL ERRORS AND WAS PART OF THE DELAY, I AM GIVING 4 STARS. If not for the delay and errors, I would have given 5 stars.
