Went to Napoleon to look at a few used motorcycles for my first bike. Cary patiently helped me, showed me all three, started them up and catered to my preferences. While I thought about what I wanted I went to buy a helmet and the merchandise manager helped me find the perfect one and provided me with the pros and cons of each one. After I thought I was decided, Cary, by request, showed me the bikes again and then sat down to make a deal with me. Mike in finance was polite, funny, and a blast to work with. Cody in service told me he would take a look at a problem I mentioned to Cary without me even asking him to and even pointed out a slight mistake with the bike I didn't notice and said he'd fix it as well. The bottom line is if you want to go to a Harley store that will be welcoming, friendly, and honest go to Napoleon! Their entire team made my first bike purchase one to remember and given me a reason to give them my life long business. Thank you Napoleon Harley-Davidson!

Really nice inside, love the \museum\ in front, great people. Was just bummed this visit due to not having any dealership shirts. Would have been 5 star if I could get a shirt.
