I had the best experience renting here! My friend and I drove up to RI to surf and needed to rent a wetsuit and boards. Peter was BEYOND helpful. He went back to his house to get a wetsuit that would fit better than the ones he had reserved for us at the surf shop. He was knowledgable, patient, and friendly. He even helped us strap the surf boards to my car and gave me a better strap to borrow so that the boards wouldn’t scratch my car. Due to covid, the store bathroom wasn’t available for us to change into our wetsuits. Peter let us go to his guest house down the street and change. This was incredibly generous and accommodating. I 100% recommend this shop and will be visiting every time we come to Narragansett to surf. Thank you Peter!!!

Best surf shop in New England! If you need anything surf or skate, they either have it or will order it for you! The product knowledge the employees have is beyond comparison, and the customer service is exceptional!

I booked lessons for my family at the beach, which I heard about through a friend. Even though they were very busy, these guys fit us in after a few minutes, and got our family out in the water quickly. Dale and Kylee (spelling?) took great care of us, renting appropriately sized boards for the adults and suits also for the kids. Even though they had never surfed before, instructor Dale made the kids feel welcome and confident in their abilities, and every member of our group was able to ride some waves. When the lesson was over, we unfortunately couldn't rent boards right away, as they were fully booked, but they arranged for more surfboards to be brought to the beach so we could continue to try and catch waves. Thanks so much to Narragansett Surf for the flexibility and service!

Thanks to Connor for a great surf lesson last month while I spent my vacation in the Providence/Newport area. He gave me great pointers that I can apply in the future. Thanks to the Narragansett Surf and Skate team for quickly accommodating my needs. Hope to get back to the area soon. And when I do I'll drop by again for lessons and/or equipment rental.

My boyfriend and I had a surf lesson today with Jayden and he was awesome! He was super chill, friendly, and we caught a ton of waves. Will be back for sure... Surfs up!
