After replacing the belt on our unit and not the bearings, our AC is still not functional. They literally did half of what is needed to correct the problem. We requested a visit to rectify the situation two weeks ago and no one ever showed up. Our store is an enormous warehouse that facilitates a 58 bay service center and approximately 50 new vehicles in our indoor showroom.... that is currently NINETY DEGREES!!! Let's see if we get a call now that we are putting up a bad review.
Thanks to everyone at this business who participated in our radiant floor heat/outdoor furnace install. Everyone involved was professional and courteous and it was just an enjoyable experience. The system works great, allowing us to heat our house as well as a 40’x76’ pole barn at a very low fuel cost.
Had the techs come out to fix our HVAC which we really needed done because it was so hot!! Had them come out a few days later, problem still not fixed. Spoke to the GM there and he turned out to be a joke! I will never use this company again and I'm sorry I ever wasted my time!
I needed parts for my clean burn oil furnace that is over 20 years old. They had everything in stock at good prices to keep my furnace running great group of people
