In and out in less than 5 minutes. We handed the keys over that we couldn’t get copied at many machines and he says some magical number to himself then turns around tells me that the keys were a few dollars a piece for a copy. Great experience, and very very clean for a store which screams how much they take pride and love their business.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Lost my car keys and didn't have a to copy. I went to several places including a dealership all of them said they didn't have it in stocks and would have to order it (also needed the fob too) When I called Dependable lock it took less than 30 minutes and I was able to drive my car. I would definitely tell anyone to try them first!!
Great service, only issue is that traffic light across from the building. Be safe and look out for people speeding through the red light.
Excellent service. I purchased a safe from them after it arrived it had a small factory defect in the paint. Staff was very helpful coming up with a solution. I recommend this store
