Gary was absolutely great. I brought my fairly new Calvin Klein heels to another shoe shop in Nashua to have the heel repaired (one of the heels fell off). The other shoe shop decided to repair the tan heel with a dark black, blocky heel and it looked absolutely terrible. I was so upset, I decided to take it to Gary's Boot'n Shoe Repair to have it repaired again. He fixed it within five minutes while I stood there and he used a tan heel to repair it. I am completely satisfied with the job he did and my heels look so much better. I highly recommend Gary's shop!

Outstanding job on a resole. I have an old pair of USA made Red Wing logger boots that have been discontinued. The leather was in good shape so I couldn’t bring myself to throw them away. I took them to Gary and he did a top notch job. He even cleaned them up and put a shine on them.

Dropped off a few pairs of my favorite shoes that were in dire need of repair. Gary fixed the elastics that hold the buckle on, replaced the heel piece, and made the leather look brand new. One pair (steve madden mary janes) were 14 years old and they look like I just bought them!
Gary does amazing work. I am very fortunate to have found him. His work on my shoes and boots have been truly life changing.
