GSSI offers great training courses, and has extremely friendly staff. They have answered questions I have had. The equipment is among the best in the business. I have frequent conversations with many staff on social media, and on the phone. If you have a GPR issue, I would highly suggest at least contacting them to see what they may be able to help brainstorm a solution.

We've been at this GPR game for 21 years. After buying 2 of the very 1st SIR-20 structure scans we have come to know the GSSI team as family. Very rarely does a professional relationship turn into something more and at Echo GPR Services we are very happy with the GSSI team. From a great sales team that always asks for our input on new product development, to a service department that can quickly repair a system that overtime (like any electronic) develops an issue, the GSSI team has taken great care of us entering our 3rd decade of GPR. Even the wonderful and exceptional marketing department looks to a company like mine to gather valuable insight from the field to further showcase the exceptional equipment made here. From annual meetings at World of Concrete to the Quarterly meetings at the CSDA, and all of the other associations and organizations you can count on GSSI continuing their exceptional leadership and involvement in the growth of the GPR market.

Bell Sciences

We purchased a StructureScan Mini XT system with all optional accessories. GSSI required prepayment and also charged for the shipping. GSSI sent notice that the system was shipped. The shipment was shown to be delivered on two different days but it was not received. Both delivery notations by FedEx shown it was left at the entrance which, like most all high-rises, is not allowed. (It normally takes drivers multiple flat cart loads to bring in the volume of packages.) The package delivery procedures for our building that requires all packages to be scanned into a package system for the building, and either placed into a secure package locker or secure oversize package room. Both package systems and throughout the public/delivery access areas of the building have 4K security cameras. After not receiving either package on either day, and the building management also attempting to locate the packages, GSSI was contacted multiple times by phone and email. GSSI sales and customer services was unhelpful and provided minimal response. The sales representative caught attitude when I brought up the fact that GSSI was negligent in shipping such expensive instruments without requiring a delivery signature nor insuring the package. GSSI apparently filed a claim with FedEx but was denied because of not requesting a delivery signature (per FedEx rep). GSSI has refused to follow-up with us. In my opinion, this is not an ethical company with any integrity and would strongly recommend that people consider other GPR systems. Once they receive money from a company and realize they were apparently in the wrong, they seem to loose all ethics in doing right by the customer.

Do not hesitate to purchase Any product from GSSI. They are a solid business and their products speak for themselves. Their sales people are great, the course instructors are great and the support personnel are excellent. Having an issue in the field? Call them up and they assist immediately. We are an underground utility locating company / concrete imaging company, we rely on their GPR units all day every day - never an issue. We look forward to our next purchase in the very near future.
