This place is good but they don’t have a lot of visitor parking.

Hilltop is the worst place to live during the winter. The heat is very very dry causing my daughter and I to get sick and even living here I would rarely be able to park in my own parking lot. The lot got so full I had to park in the street and my car got towed. I do not recommend living here!!!!!!! It’s a shame because the apartment itself is nice it’s just that the residents are not a priority.

I've been living here for about a year for 1 bed and 1 bathroom. Overall, it's a good experience. Pros: - Management is very professional and always on top of everything. - The place is pretty decent as well and there's been a lot of improvement lately. - Near grocery shopping, restaurant, and everything - Pretty big for 1 bedroom apartment - Nice facilities - It's a decent apartment and reasonably price for what you're getting. Cons: - Never have any big problems really other than noisy neighbor upstairs who always screaming in the middle of night every now and then. - Certain building doesn't have on-site laundry, so you have to walk to another building to do the laundry.

This place was okay. Much cheaper than the apartments off Exit 1, much quieter, and my apartment faced the woods which was very nice. It would be 5 stars, were it not for the management. The not nice parts were I saw a mouse and there were enough that even my fat, \special\ cat was able to catch one (then eat it's head, then barf), but they may have taken care of them since it didn't happen again. Also the air from the heater smelled bad and made me feel sick, when I opened it the filter was disgusting, hideously moldy and smelly. So I chucked it and it was fine after that. The only sticking point was the parking. Many spaces were not plowed, and there were some unemployed people living there that wouldn't move their cars for the plows, but after the plows left they would park their car in the middle of 2 of the very few plowed spaces. So those of us who had jobs would come home to half the spaces full of snow banks and the clean spaces blocked for no reason. We reported them to management over and over, each time they promised something would be done, someone would get back to me. In the years I lived there that never happened once. I originally left 3 stars, however looking at more recent reviews it seems they are towing people now, so maybe they deserve 4 or more stars now.

I've been living here for almost 3 years now and overall have had a very good experience. The office staff are friendly and helpful and maintenance is very timely with any fixes needed. Our apartment, like many was also recently renovated as is very nice. And all units have central air! You don't need to pay for heat either. Honestly my biggest complaint is the speed bumps are too high, so that should give you an indication of how good this complex is!
