Loved the convenience of picking up the ready vehicle which was very clean and dropping off was super easy. No lines or paperwork to deal with. The shuttle service was quick and friendly! Getting 25 off my 1st rental was nice too! Customer service staff was phenomenal.

Saved my behind. My flight landed at midnight and all car rental places at BNA close at 11pm...not sure why. But Avail came to the rescue and was open 24hrs. Nice car, even better people. They helped expedite my verification too so that I didn't have to wait at all. Thank you so much!
I have no clue why more people don’t know about this business! I was looking for companies that didn’t change a security deposit when renting a car and thought I’d try it out. Provided a free shuttle from the airport to the car pick up and it was super quick & easy

For those who haven't used Avail yet, I'd highly recommend it. The staff is extremely pleasant. All cars are ready to be rented immediately. I recently used Avail to rent out my car and it was such a great experience. They provided a free shuttle to the airport, and cleaned my car prior to arrival.
Avail was awesome! Left my car for over 30 days and came back pristine and made a good chunk of change. Paid 2 months worth of my car and didn’t have to pay for airport parking!
