Brian was able to accommodate watching our 3 dogs when we went on our first family vacation for an entire week, while still taking care of all his other clients with no issue whatsoever. Even though it was less than convenient for him given his other clients, he made sure they had all the care they needed (feeding, water, walking) and the dogs loved him! That even included one of our dogs who is a VERY skittish rescue who doesn't like disruptions to his routine. We almost boarded him, but Brian won him over and was able to take great care of him. Brian gave us daily updates, including texting pictures so our 2 y/o daughter could see her 'doddies' and know they were safe and sound! Will definitely use again and have recommended to several others.
