Absolutely delicious! You have the option of ordering off the menu, or being creative and creating your own smoothie bowl, etc. The wellness shots are so fresh and good, and the food is fresh and made to order. Be sure to follow their Instagram for deals and specials as well as new menu items! You can also find something you like here if you are a vegetarian or vegan! The area also is surrounded by super fun murals and shops within walking distance. There is parking along the neighborhood in back, a parking lot nearby, and parking garage within walking distance.

This is the best place to go and order healthy goodness. I’m visiting Nashville, Tn from Memphis, Tn . I wish there was a grains and berry shop in Memphis; I would visit everyday. Absolutely can’t wait to order again. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful.

The best açai bowl in Tampa has made it to Nashville!! I used to joke about wanting to start a franchise here just so I could have it regularly. Good açai is hard to come by around here. This fills all the voids.
I normally like to leave nothing but good reviews because people don’t do that enough when things are good. I only leave bad reviews when it’s egregious. I’ll never be back here again. My turmeric shot was less than a teaspoon for 6 bucks. Not kidding. And it was weak.

Finally Grain and Berry is in Nashville. This is legit the best and most consistent acai/spiriluna/pitaya bowl you'll get, and they let you add protein to any base. I go with the spirulana usually but they are all great!
