The lawn mowers are very careless and unprofessional. They don't put the safety guards down on their mowers and, as a result, they shattered my patio glass with a rock one of the mowers kicked up. They then refused to pay for the repair on a technicality. Anyone who hires this company needs to emphasize that you expect a certain level of professionalism and attention to detail. UPDATE: Left a message with company per responders request. Have yet to hear anything back.

This driver on 1/31/19 roughly 10:30am in charter 568 has been on his phone texting the entire time from Cool Springs Blvd, through MacHatcher pkwy, and down Hillsboro into Franklin for over 6 miles almost hit me and 2 other cars and was swerving off the road the entire time... This is unacceptable in general let alone with a salt attachment. Very dissapointing because these are the guys that drive through our neighbors daily with our kids playing outside. I really hope something is done to at least teach their drivers the dangers of texting and Dr ving Picture taken stopped at a red light, review written at home.

Between being missed, coming through my locked gate (on multiple occasions after they had been told not to unlock it if it’s locked from me and the supervisor), completing half the work, breaking sprinklers, splitting hose pipes, damaging gutter splash blocks, breaking pathway lighting....they are horrible! So glad my HOA is being turned over to homeowners so we have a say so in who we can get to service our yard once our contract is up.

We were contracted through LSI to do work in Odessa, Texas. We have invoices that are 90 days past due. We can't get anybody to answer our calls or messages. Our rep out of San Antonio has been absolutely no help at all. We have to spoke to the client and they informed us they have been paying you guys weekly since the start of our contract. We now have 3 invoices past due that total over 25,000 dollars. There seems to be no urgency to help the people that are actually doing the work for you guys. We were expecting an ACH payment today that we did not receive. If it is not received by end of business today we will contact our lawyers to recoup the money owed plus losses we have incurred due to late fees and penalties. Thank you.
