Very friendly staff. Good equipment. Reasonably priced. It isn’t my style of kayaking, however I knew that going in which is no fault of theirs. Good for 4 hours away from all the craziness that is Nashville. Be ready to paddle the entire way.

This was a great little adventure in the middle of the city! The only snafu is that we had we confusion on the starting point and not able to get in touch with anyone from River Queen. (Its the Shelby Park BOATRAMP) But they were kind enough to wait for us (my group of 6 were the only people that day) and once we all connected, it was amazing. Its a smooth ride down, mostly industrial views up until the last mile but those city views at the end, from the water are worth it! Thank you River Queen!

Do the River Queen Voyage adventure! So much fun! Easy trip on the Cumberland. Finish in downtown Nashville, with amazing skyline view. Great and friendly guides.

A group of six of us did the 8 mile Full Nash and had a great time! RQV communication ahead of time was extremely detailed so we knew exactly what we needed to know and they also sent timely reminders leading up to our booking. On-site staff was super friendly, gave a quick and easy overview, and got us on our way for a beautiful day on the river and a unique end at the skyline. Will definitely be doing this again! Thanks RQV!

We called the morning of to book two tandem kayaks for two adults and two children for the downtown voyage. The owner, who helped us book our excursion, was incredibly nice and super helpful. She made sure to talk us through the process, sent follow up emails, and answered all of our questions. When we called that we were running late she made sure to tell us not to rush and to enjoy our kayak trip. The staff who met us at put-in were extremely patient when our youngest child was anxious and hesitant to get on the kayak. They gave her stickers and made sure to tell her that her kayak was a really good one that wouldn’t flip. We had a beautiful trek down the river with incredible views of downtown. It’s a great route for taking pictures and for a shorter route. We were so impressed with the kindness and professionalism of River Queens! We will absolutely use them again for our next kayak adventure!
