They lie, I called about pawning a TV monitor, 7 months old flat screen. Over the phone they promised they'd take it, spent 30 min strapping it up and rode it up there on a bike just to be told it didn't match their criteria. The guy Sat there for 10 min while I took the makeshift strap off watching knowing he wouldn't take it. I'm very upset with this business. I called first for a reason. Additionally you're response is a lie because you did promise something over the phone which I have the call recorded.

You will feel right at home when you walk in. His jeweler Gilbert always does a fantastic job and produces the highest quality work in this area.
