Love this place! It is perfect for a family reunion or large gathering of friends for a mountain getaway. Full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and sleeping options, and the hot springs pool is simply divine. Also offers easy access to BV for daily outings or fun nights out. I wish the pool offered stargazing opportunities, but there is a fire pit and picnic area right by the babbling river to provide ample stargazing. So fun. 10/10, highly recommend.

Best place to stay in the BV area. Close to town but on the river. Lots of rooms for large groups. Awesome hosts!

I love this place!! It’s such a special place for me and my family. It’s such a great getaway and perfect for hanging out with friends and family. So relaxing and so beautiful any time of the year. Wonderful wonderful place!

A little out of the way from most things, but the house is nice, and in a beautiful location. Be aware that the hot springs itself is decently chilly unless the hot water jet is on (which only kicks on for about 20 minutes every hour). Still, beautiful place, especially if you are interested in skiing at Monarch mountain.

We absolutely loved the hot spring. Great hiking at Browns Creek. Plenty of beds. All next to a mountain stream. We hope to come back.

We have rented this house twice and will most likely rent it again. The home is spacious and comfy. The pool is amazing and super relaxing. It's great to sit in the pool and just take in all the beautiful scenery.
