This review is for the Jam Time in the Natick Mall. I took my two year old daughter. She had a lot of fun, but I wouldn't rush to bring her back. Several of the toys are not in the best shape. They have a toy baby carrier that was filthy and the straps were so worn they had broken off. My daughter was obsessed with it, so I begrudgingly let her play with it. But my biggest complaint is the bathroom. There is nothing kid friendly about it, especially for kids who are potty training. The sink is very high and there is no step stool. There is no potty seat to add to the toilet. Also, they do not enforce the mask rule for kids over the age of two. There were several kids that appeared to be around 4 years olds running around without masks on. One of which sneezed within a foot of us. At that point, we wrapped it up and left. Hopefully we escaped germ free...

I love having Jam Time as a local indoor play area and my boys are old enough to request it often! I had my twin boys' 4th birthday party there and everyone had such a great time. Perfect place for a winter event. One of my favorite things is it's a place where I knew that during potty training we won't run into trouble being at an outdoor playground without a proper bathroom. Also weather, too cold, too hot, raining.... sometimes indoor play is a nice treat.
My daughter loves this place, isn't big but has good setting and good classes available
Hosted my son's birthday party at Jam Time. it was great. Stuff was very professional and friendly. The room was well organized. my son and his friends had tons of fun.
jam time is great for younger children, they keep things clean, they allow you to bring your own snacks. smaller place but it is meant for small children. i like how you can see every corner of the room no matter where you are standing.
