....incredible shopping for your equestrian endeavors, top notch customer service, vast clearance area with deep discounts and huge selection of brand name products! 2017 UPDATE: I've been shopping here for years and I've noticed that SmartPak \seems\ to have experienced a turn-over of staff and that many of the employees seem quite young. I find that they're just not as knowledgeable as many of the former employees! And, in my humble opinion, when shopping in an equestrian specialty store and spending the amount of money one spends for everything from riding clothes to the outfitting of the horse, you want the type of service from the store's staff wherein they can assist you with their product knowledge or from their own personal experience, etc. For example, during my last visit, I wanted to discuss a particular high end/high cost saddle and the very nice, young lady that attempted to assist me was unable to offer any information that would increase my knowledge or entice me to consider a purchase (ex.: she had no product knowledge, no personal experience, etc.) and I later realized that I neglected to ask for a manager when it became apparent that she couldn't help me and she didn't offer the option of getting additional assistance for me either.

The smartpak retail store has the best customer service of any store I've ever been to. I bought defective clipper blades from them that went dull almost immediately, and they listened to everything and replaced them then and there! All the employees are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are reasonable (this being relative to horse things, of course), the clearance section is fantastic, and if anything isn't available in store they'll get it to your doorstep quickly with no extra shipping charge. It's always my first choice for horse items.
