The gentleman was very friendly I usually don't buy anything in that store because I have always been treated like i cant afford the store. Well my husband always wants to buy so much in there as he loves everything in there. For the first time yesterday we were treated very respectful and he even found the teapot in the color i was looking for and originally 100 we were willing to pay that but it was also on sale and marked down to 79. Very happy with my purchase and service.

I had to make an exchange for an on-line order and called the Natick MA WS store to make sure that what I needed was in stock. Carolyn answered and was fantastic. She found what I needed, and even though it was Friday agreed to put it on hold for me until Monday. When I went in on Monday, Carolyn happened to be there and was just as friendly, attentive, and understanding in person as she was over the phone. The entire staff at the store exuded friendliness and caring as well as a deep and solid knowledge of the store's products. I definitely recommend the Natick Williams-Sonoma store.

I arrived to the store 10 minutes after closing time. I can see one employee inside the store so I called the number on the door and The guy answered me so I asked him my question about the espresso machine, I said i know you guys are closed but I just need an answer or if you have the part I need so I can come tomorrow, i’m outside the store now. What happened was awesome, above and beyond, he said “will I’m sorry we’re closed and I can’t talk to you like that I have to let you in i was like . Keith thats the employee’s name, I stayed for nearly 30 minutes, he answered my questions all of them, he explained and showed me how to clean my espresso machine, and he also gave me an advice on how to extend the life of the machine. Thank you Keith,
