Good quality asphalt. Small plant gets backed up easily

The worst asphalt in northern Va every time we go there its junk. If you can avoid this plant I would do so at all cost. The asphalt is real rocky and holds no heat. Makes a driveway look bad even with no hand work just laying it with a paver
