We needed custom fabric replacements for the sun screens on our patio. Victor also alerted us to an installation error from the original installation over 15 years ago that could have been a potential safety hazard. They took the time to correct the issue making sure the fixtures are secure and safe. Fantastic service and quality,Our drop shade sign that was installed in the back of the house looks fantastic and was installed quickly. I would recommend others to get the drop down shade for the front of the awning that was installed by Elite but made by craftsbilt. It adds alot of shade to the front of the awning and looks so good whe nthe light hits it in the morning. It adds a lot of warmth to the back of the house also. I thought the price was also very good.
