I had a good experience related to my recent National Car Rental. Since I live near the downtown area, I appreciate the downtown rental location. The agent at the location was very polite and pleasant. I had to wait a few minutes for my auto, as it was being filled with gas. But I was early for my reservation. So, I can't fault them for the little wait.

National reached out to me after my previous bad experience of getting a rental that clearly a smoker was previously in. They made things right by reaching out, apologizing, and giving me a free rental. I appreciate them making it right and acting fast. Thanks!

Awesome service, you are in and out quickly and if you live anywhere near the downtown area the location is a quick shot and easy to get to. Allison is awesome, friendly and attentive. Hands down, the best car rental agency we have ever done business with!

Reserved a premium SUV Cadillac or similar. Get there they tell me it's only a available at the airport. I asked why noone called me. They told me they didn't have my phone number total b.s. bait and switch.
I needed to rent a car over Memorial Weekend because my car repair had been delayed. I rented through the National Car website (I'm in the Emerald Club). I later received a phonecall at my home number (the one on file) that there were no cars. I unfortunately did not get this message in time. I showed up at the Sheraton location and was told there were no cars. However, Allison Baumann, was superb. After telling me there were no cars and that she had called me, then listening to me express my concern, she called around and found a car for me!!! I was so impressed and greatly relieved! Instead of telling me repeatedly what she couldn't do, she took the initiative, well over and beyond what was required, and figured out what she could do. She really saved me as I would have been up a creek without a car that weekend. Thank you so very much Allison!! And thank you Tram Le, who is the manager there. Your service was par excellence!
