Today 11/28/2020. My very first time to sign up and order online at Manila Sunset National City. I would off given a 5 star is because Manila Sunset National City hands down make the best bibingkang galapong. But, today when I pick up my first order online, I was not aware how is the new procedure for pick up. Customer service was not the greatest. I was not aware that there was an online order pickup station, which I did not see any sign. So, I just follow all the people that was standing in line waiting to be serve. I stood in line for about 30 min, then when I approach the counter, the cashier in charge told me that I should off been there at 11:30 am. I f I knew from the outside that I can walk in ahead of the line to pick up my online order I would of done it so. But, when I got there the cashier in charge was dealing with a customer on the phone to correct an error order. A signage would off help for those of us that was not aware of the procedure. Also, it would be nice if a customer walk the store the cashier would of ask if there is anybody in line picking up for any online order. That would be a good customer service. Just kind a disappointed today to that one cashier, luckily I did not even bother to catch her name, that she lack of the world class customer service.

Although this is a chain, this is one of my favorite locations. The chicken bbq plate is usually very tender. Nothing too fancy, but simple done right. I hope they opt in for more reusable dishes though for people dining in.

We came to this spot for dinner. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. we were warmly welcomed by the crew and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was fresh and delicious. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Recommended.

u202aWe had a scrumptious meal at Manila Sunset, it truly is a go-to for traditional Filipino dishes. I just hope that the next time we dine here, the disposable plastic food wares will be replaced by silverwares. ‬ ‪#manilasunset #filipinodishes #NationalCityEats #NationalCityGuide‬ #letsguide
