What can I say... This team is spectacular!!! From beginning to end. I needed my car transported from NY to South Miami and Jorge Perez was amazing, he answered all my questions and gave me updates every step of the way. The price was also great especially for such a far distance. I definitely recommend this company!

We had my daughter's car shipped from Kansas City to Seattle. We had organized another company to take care of our car and they cancelled/delayed their pick up severely. So I called National Express in a panic and they were extremely helpful and calming. They could not tell me 100 % when they could help me but assured me they would do their best. The driver was so polite and tolerated all my questions with a smile. He was very careful and courteous. The car was successfully picked up within 24 hours and I don't even know how they got to Seattle so fast! I think they are magic! Thanks for doing a great job, National Express Auto Transport! We will be repeat customers, NO DOUBTS!
Called to see if they could help with shipping a vehicle across the country. Sales team very pushy and tell you anything to book with them. I was lead to believe that they could help me with my specific requirements and dates. They lead me to believe they could help me and to hurry and pay the deposit. I paid the deposit and was relieved that they could help me. I received a confirmation that specified that a driver could pick it up and deliver by the date that I needed. I was happy and thought we were all set until hours later I received another email that the driver cancelled and that someone else would pick it up, but the transportation requests that I asked for were not met and the deliver date changed. I called to get it resolved and they said they would call me back. I had to call and follow up only to speak with the “co-owner” who was very argumentative, he would not give me a refund, was interrupting me and speaking over me, would not listen to me. He would not try to understand or listen, only that they never guarantee dates or specific details; although their emails clearly say otherwise. Very disappointed over this situation, I’m a very reasonable, understanding and patient guy after working in customer service for 10years. I just wanted this to get worked out in a reasonable and understanding way and get the refund back since they were unable to help me or be honest with me. Would not recommend this company after calling every single car transportation company in the USA(literally). As a concierge/ personal assistant/ butler for affluent people, I would highly recommend “white glove car transportation” Govoni and team are very helpful and honest, they were able to accommodate my requests. This experience overall I feel like I was “screwed over”
Overall, a great service. They shipped my car super quickly and were very friendly. I was very impressed by the quality, professionalism, and price point of this company. They answered each of my calls, which is surprisingly not the norm in this industry, and answered all of my questions in a very friendly way. Highly recommend!!!
