I had to have a new battery for my Infiniti. The check-in process was seamless and I got the car back *faster* than I expected. I gave 4 stars (instead of 5 stars) because the employee who handled my request for an appointment, although very nice, did not listen very well and I had to repeat some basic information more than once. But I would recommend taking my car in for service to Nationwide.

Jerome was amazing to work with! I had part of my taillight break off and the service manager never argued over covering this under my warranty. The part was ordered right away and put on my car within a week of my original visit. When I came in for the repair I was suppose to have a loaner car but none were available but Jerome managed to get my car in and out within an hour so I could return to meet my customer with her cake! I’m very pleased with my visit!
