This morning was my first time at Bissell Eye care for an exam and to pick out new glasses and it was AMAZING. All the staff I encountered today was great and helpful. I first met with a girl named Haley who was extremely friendly, then with Laurie who really took her time to help me find what was the best glasses for me (because I’m just so indecisive), after that I met with Dr. Bissell, he was super informative and really explained and answered all my questions thoroughly and took his time making my appointment enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this office!!

Today was my first time here at Bissell Eye care in Natrona Heights. Usually when I go to any other eye care they get you in and out and don’t really explain much. Dr Long is amazing. She went over everything and made sure Everything was comfortable. She even made sure to try different contacts and made sure they fit well. Will definitely recommend to anyone!
I had broken my glasses and had no backup pair. With Covid-19 going on, all other ophthalmologists in the area we're booked up and I could not be seen for two months. The kind and Professional people at Bissell eye care in Natrona Heights went out of there way to fit me into there busy schedule, seeing me the next day. Taking time to explain and answer any questions that I had. Very friendly and great Covid-19 safety protocols in place. I would recommend them 110%.
I went into my new Eye Plan carrier website to find a provider for an eye exam. Bissell Eye Care had been listed with the most convenient hours and location. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist asked for my insurance. When I responded the receptionist had explained that I needed to check to see if they were an authorized provide. I had explained that I was in their website and Bissell was listed, she then said that I need to confirm they are a provider. I thanked her for her time and said I will find another Eye Doctor. I would think they would have a small clue as to who their insurance carriers are. Since she was so unpleasant on the phone, felt it best to thank her for her time and move on to somebody else.
Love the new office and location. Very friendly staff, and no waiting. Dr Bissell is very professional, and does a very thorough exam.5 Stars!
