At the least minute, we decided to take out our new camper for the Columbus day weekend. Called over 20 campgrounds until we found an opening here. Never realized so many people went camping this late in the year. The staff was very helpful on the phone and set us up with a large lot for our pop-up and party of 7. The heated pool was a winner for the boys. Though the air was cool outside, the pool water and air was very warm in the enclosed pool area. One of the seats on our picnic table was sagging and dangerous. The staff came out quickly and repaired the problem. The sites are very large and most were level. If I had one complaint it would be the location of the electrical hookups. Being in front of the site made it difficult to put the trailer where we wanted it. Our camper has a pretty long cord but the situation reminded us to purchase a long extension cord for next season. We will definitely come back here again.

We wanted a place that was quiet, shaded, internet and friendly hosts. We made this campground our base, to visit family, friends and to hike the various trails in the area. Natural Bridge KOA didn't disappoint. The owners were onsite and available to chat and took care of the campground needs in a timely manner. I felt the campgrounds and bath houses were very clean. We will camp there again.
The campground has nice sites, plenty of room. Staff is helpful and friendly ️. The playground was a nice bonus , as was the indoor pool!
Excellent campground! Friendly staff, spacious sites, indoor heated pool, great WiFi, dog park, playground, and the list goes on and on. Plenty of full hook-up, pull thru sites. Tons of shade throughout the park. Fishing and state parks close by. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I love this place. I'd give more stars, but Google only allows 5. :-)
Very nice for just being taken over. They are working hard on upgrading. They are out going and treat campers well. They ask suggestions if there is anything they can do to make your stay better.
