It was closed when I visited due to Corona. This museum is in the same area as the California African American Museum and other interesting tourist spot buildings. All of the buildings were closed but I was able to walk through the park and capture photos of fragrant flowers, saw a humming bird, an outdoor garden, airplanes, and a row of massive beautiful trees with amazing root systems.

We had a great time here! It was easy to find street parking and admission was free. The line to get in moved very quickly. The exhibits were interesting and we had a lot of fun. The staff was very nice. I can't wait to go back.

My girlfriend surprised me with a date to Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County (NHM). He made reservations so we didn't wait in line but we also go there really early so that helped. Quick ti.. sign up for the infinity room ASAP because it gets booked up real fast. Over all I really enjoyed my experience at this museum.

This is such a great museum to show kids dinosaur bones. This was a standard field trip for second graders at the school that I taught at. The halls with the displays of animals are always a big hit too. The surrounding grounds are a nice place for a picnic lunch. The LA Coliseum is within view. The other side of the building offers a beautiful view of the fabulous rose garden.
