The factory tour is amazing! It goes very in depth into what it takes to make a Martin Guitar. The tour is very informational and such a great experience. Highly recommend the tour and the museum. BTW the tour is completely free! Great place to spend some time when you’re in Pennsylvania.

I moved into the Lehigh Valley to Bethlehem in 2006 I’m from Northern New Jersey I’ve been to the factory tour somewhere around 15 times took a lot of guests one of my own I even went just to see the museum on my own in the gift shop just a fantastic place extremely well run with dedicated staff building the highest quality instruments on the planet even though Taylor GUITARS is giving you a run for your money you guys are so innovative you stay on topOf things

The best tour of anything that I have ever been on. Ability to see the entire manufacturing process up close with plenty of detail about what’s happening throughout each step. Museum was full of interesting history too. Everybody was friendly, would totally recommend to anybody local or visiting the area.

Wow! I was blown away by the most fascinating tour of Martin Guitar. (Prior to covid19) Really interesting to learn how the guitars are made and the different quality of woods used. I would go back again and again but I live in Australia. Perhaps on a future trip to USA. Highly recommend this place even if you're not a muso.

So much more than I hoped for on this tour. Recommend for any one. You really get to see the high quality of workmanship. The museum was also full of info and instruments.
