If you have curly or wavy hair, get an appointment at Verve. After years of fighting with my hair, I am loving it. I would swear she did more than just cut my hair. And my whole styling routine is simply shampoo, conditioner, tiny amount of styling gel and done! Air dry, walk out the door. Amazing!

I called to schedule an appointment and she promptly called me back. When trying to schedule she never asked me what day or time worked for me? She blurted out an appointment date 8 weeks out, said hang on a minute, and I had to ask her what time it was for. She said 2:00pm. Umm, sorry but I work that day and at that time. She didn’t offer a second appointment she just let me hang up unappointed. I realize you’re busy but so are your clients. A better approach would be to ask what day and time works and if it’s that far out, say so.
