I found NC Scooter & Cycle Shop online while I was browsing around looking at options to purchase a scooter that best fits my needs. It was such a pleasure to meet Liz & her husband. A true local business. They are genuine and you do not feel you are in a business, more like visiting friends! Liz was so attentive and helpful, she gave me all the time I needed to pick exactly what I liked (there was plenty to pick from in their showroom) yet giving me all the information to help me to decide with ease NOT under pressure. Once I settled on my pick a Wolf EX150 she gave me a one on one scooter school an\u0010d went through all the specific and important information. Liz also helped me picking out a helmet. As it was a rainy day, I asked if they would deliver for me. She promptly delivered it the next day giving me a heads up when she was on the way. She made sure again that I remembered everything she explained me previously, waited till I test rode my scooter and she even informed me which way is the best route to get to their location for my first 300 mile adjustment service. They are also taking care of my license plate for me and supplied a temporary tag. I highly recommend their business to anyone! I look forward to see them again on my first service.

Liz was great to work with. So responsive to my requests and found a perfect scooter for what I was looking for. Everything was conducted via email/over the phone due to COVID and me being located in Chapel Hill. She got me exactly what I needed for my new scooter and even was able to delivery it for me within a couple of days. Upon arrival she took an ample amount of time telling me how my scooter operated and how to keep it in tip top shape. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a scooter/moped to look here!
