I ordered the speedy recovery cookies for my friend who slipped on ice. I’m a little disappointed cuz I’d ordered race car cookies, but I’m happy cuz my friend ended up really enjoying the turtle cookies. I called them about what happened, and they were very nice and gave me 25 back. Thank you for the refund, the cookies, and for helping my friend feel better! I recommend this place!

I had a surprise birthday party for my husband and the theme was The Office!!! I ordered a dozen cookies and each cookie was professionally made with great details. I am beyond please with the taste and the presentation was amazing!!!! I will definitely make future cookie orders with Cookies by Design!!!!!
I wanted to have a fun gesture with my team given we were all needing to adapt to working from home. I worked with Cookies by Design to put together a basket, a design, and a delivery system that accommodate the different needs my team had Not only did all the deliveries arrive on time; but the cookies were delicious and looked amazing. Communication with the Cookies by Design team were also incredibly efficient. My emails were responded 4 hours or so, and phone calls and texts were replied within the hour.
I read some poor reviews about this shop, so I was a bit hesitant to place an order. Apparently it is under new management and I have had a few friends place some orders through them and had great experiences so I decided to give it a go. The customer service was great. I placed in order this morning and they were able to make it the same day for me. I'm very pleased so far and will most likely be placing more orders with them in the future.
I don’t know what kind of magic they’re working there, but these cookies are amazing. I ordered 100 cookies for my sister’s baby shower, and despite being last minute, they were fantastic. Everyone loved them! The prices are average for hand decorated custom cookies, and the customer service was superb. I spoke several times with the new owner. Looking at other reviews, it appears they recently changed ownership, and the place has taken a 180. Highly recommended!
