Excellent work on hail damage repair, also a good price considering the amount of work needed to be put in (approx. 15-20 dents). Understanding from our side was to fix 'all' hail damage, got the car back with two dents remaining. Nelson's wanted to charge for remaining dents, left us very frustrated. Nelson's Auto Body's view on this is that we only agreed to fix certain dents and relies on memory for this. We understand that there are clients who only want partial hail damage repair, but this was not the case, we were clear in expressing that all hail damage was to be repaired. My only advice, follow up more with clients to ensure things are clearly understood. Maybe add a section in your quoting form called \Notes\ where you can notate specific requests from the clients, such as \we want all the hail damage done.\ We looked forward to using this family run business for many years to come, as we live in the valley; however, we will not be coming back.
