Bought the new logger boot, got to say they suck. what’s up with the big hole inside? cannot get insoles that I like. Just very disappointed in the construction of boots anymore.....pay all this money and still wear my old red wings
These are great boots that last a long time and are super comfortable, but the customer service is AWFUL. I returned some unworn boots just shy of a month ago and still have not gotten my refund even after two phone calls and one email. I just keep getting the run around and I am not happy at all. I would recommend not buying directly from their website if you can help it.
Bought a pair of Georgia Boots to wear in the field. I have owned these boots for about 3-4 Years and wear them only about 5 times a year, otherwise they sit in my office locker. Uppers look like new, soles have completely "crumbled" into pieces. Called company and told that's normal if you only wear a few times a year - nothing we can do for you! You got to be kidding???
Bought a pair about five months ago. I wish that I could share a picture with all of you that were contemplating on buying a pair! Boots are supposed to be “waterproof” but both boots soles cracked in half on the balls of my feet. Their claim is that they are works boots! Save your 165 and go buy a reputable brand! Terrible product!!!
I’ve worn Georgia boots for the last seven years. I buy the same brand every time, the last couple times I’ve ordered directly from Georgia boot Rocky. I don’t want boot barn to get my profit money because they suck! I’ve had no problems with Rocky Georgia in fact they gave me a 30% discount offMy most recent purchase because I live in the fire affected area in California. To me that is better than anything else because I saved about 50. In my opinion that’s damn good customer service

I bought a pair of the g9382 3 years ago.. I have worked in the concrete pouring and cutting fields for the life of this boot, and I have to say that I will never buy another companies boot. These boots met my needs right out of the box, and I never would have imagined I would see a full 3 years of daily use out of these boots, especially being in the field that I'm in.. GREAT JOB georgia boots!! I'm finally replacing these boots today with a different style of georgia boot!!
