Worst customer service experience I have ever had! The supposed store manager attempted to refuse to allow me to make my payment. Yes, it was late but I was attempting to pay it in full. Since I got my fridge set a little over a year ago this store has had atleast 4 new store managers, the over turn in employees in unreal. In the beginning I was told I had a 3 day grace period but according to this store manager that is not true and because my payment was due on the 1st and I will be one day late im not looking forward to attempting to pay this payment. Absolutely disgusted by the current store manager!

My daughter and grandkids were tested for Covid and placed under quarantine. My daughter contacted Aaron's to explain that she couldnt come in and make a payment, nor could she go to her job and pick up her check. They harrassed her and showed up at her house demanding money or they were going to take away her furniture. SERIOUSLY!! I will be calling the corporate office on Monday to file a complaint. SMH, she is a single mother. Aaron's in Neosho Mo you are a bunch of bullies. I only owe to more payments on my set my daughter owes 2. After this tou will no longer have my buisness. I will Boycott against you!

I recently tried to start a lease online for a living room set. I electronically signed a lease and was emailed a copy and i was advised deliver would be within the week. I called the store and The first person i spoke with at the Neosho location was named BILL and when he put my phone # in someone else's name comes up that i have no affiliation with so i asked them to update it. He then argued with me and said that guy must be my husband. I had to repeatedly tell him i had no affiliation with that man and I know that isnt MY HUSBANDS name. I later spoke with a rep Lizzie who stated nothing from the website actually transfers to the physical store. (In 2020 that's absolutely ridiculous). So I went ahead and provided all of the information again over the Phone and told to wait for a call regarding delivery. I waited a few days and called them to schedule it. My husband was added to my lease as well when i spoke with her and I let her know he would be the one here for delivery as i had to work. When BILL arrived to deliver he was standoffish and treated my husband like a criminal he kept repeatedly questioning him on where he lived as he stood in my yard. He kept acting like my husband was lying about who he was so finally my husband told them to leave we didn't want the furniture any longer. I then called that evening to make sure the lease was cancelled and spoke with Bill again and he refused to verify any of my information with me. He was rude and just kept saying he make a note that i wanted to cancel. Never confirmed my cancellation. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this company. The treatment we received during this whole process has been embarrassing and gross.
The staff at this location is absolutely amazing , they work hard to please, the customer care quality is almost unheard of these days.. I would recommend this Aaron's location to anyone oh yeah I have.. the manager Bill ,Christine , Terry and all the others man I can say is Wow people like them are hard to find... Been buying from this store for almost 2 yrs and they will always have my loyalty at this store as long as this amazing staff is there.. Thank you for all you do... You want a good experience shop at Aaron's in Neosho Mo..
