Great place for utility rentals! Super clean property very well-managed!
We reserved a bucket truck on a credit card and when we called just to reconfirm a couple days before our scheduled pick up, we discovered that they rented it to someone else out from underneath us. This was after they promised us a bucket truck in another state they also rented to someone else! This was completely unprofessional, and I would use ANY other equipment rental to avoid dealing with these people. Their insurance requirements are completely unreasonable, and we could not find an insurance company in our state willing to write such excessive coverage. The bottom line is that they do not care about small businesses and will do anything to make a dollar, including throwing customers under the bus - even ones that have a reservation.
