Ordered my Nespresso Vertuo online and was nervous to order pods online. I stopped in the boutique and female worker was thorough, friendly and efficient. She explained the different categories, ordering process and pod differences. She provided me with a pre-labeled shipping bag to recycle the pods back to the company. Due to Covid, you could not taste test. No worries though, great experience. In and out. Invoice 84850385

Awesome coffee options for home. Fun store with alot to try and buy. Not a pop up but a permanent store inside the mall on the first floor below the movie theater.

We wanted to sample some special designation espressos before buying and were told the pods they had in the drawers are “not really available” for sampling and are “for display only”. They keep asking if we have any questions but they are not helpful in answering any of our questions and not nice about letting us sample anything. Basically they just want you to make a purchase without making an effort to educate or create an experience. I wouldn’t keep employees like that to damage the brand of the company.

Been to many of the stores around the world. Very disappointed with this one. Every other boutique has all capsules of both lines while they have a limited stock of a select few. One particular staff member I've had interaction with 2 times has been very aloof as if she couldn't be bothered. When I ask about a sample of a pod I get the cold shoulder and then just handed a drink with no acknowledgement etc. Also to note the free shipping for pods was removed by the company if you make an online order now too just as soon as the store opened. I will be saving my money and picking up my pods and accessories while in Europe instead. Even with the exchange rate it still comes out much cheaper. Kona alone is only about 63 cents a pod when bought out of US but in US it's about 2.00 a pod. Same for many of the limited and special runs. Even the everyday normal flavors are much cheaper. Only about 45-50 cents a pod. Pure origin cups that are 32 here are only about 26 in Germany.

DONT ORDER ONLINE or go to store. amazon ships they’re products faster and cheaper and there’s no dealing with snotty ppl or long waits. NO WONDER THE RETAIL SECTOR HAS DIED. Man the coffee sure is great but the make ya work for it on top of a outrageous price. I’ve been waiting over a week for my last order and don’t have time to drive to a snotty store. Now I’m bummed out with no coffee. Why so little focus on the actual customer Nespresso!?

Yayyyy!! Finally a local Nespresso store!! I would have given 5 stars but no Alto Intenso available at the store yet for some reason. That's my fave so I still had to place on order online. Sigh.

I was so excited about my new nespresso for Christmas, but the staff really just couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions. I barely got any help from the gentleman and left out without any purchases. I instead just order online.
