OMG I just attempted to call Nespresso regarding coffee I purchased at this Macy's Boutique in Orlando. I walked into this BOUTIQUE store in Macy's and purchased coffee. When I got home and tried the coffee it tastes OLD. So I called Nespresso to see if I could return or exchange the coffee and it was IMPOSSIBLE to make the customer service rep understand what I was saying.. Unbelievable. The amount of money they charge for this coffee they should have a little more knowledgeable people in customer service .. I guess I need to go back to my Keurig!!!!

My best friend sold me on buying a Nespresso machine after bringing me here. I love the Caramelizio. They also had the new Cuban one, Cubanito (or something like that) that I tried. I brought my husband and he is sold now, too! My BFF said her Boutique in Texas is like a cafe and has actual food. Hopefully they will convert this one into that, too. I would hang out all day!

I thank to NICOLE to help me get the best price on my Nespresso vertuo plus machine! She talked to the Macy’s manager and they gave me price match to buy my machine there!! I leave the store very very excited to try my first cup of nespresso coffee and for such a good price! The nespresso have been my toy since then, I’m in love with it!

Horrible customer service and not only that they don't afore you coffee to try nor tell you about new coffee. They don't care about the customers so sad that the Managers or General manager doesn't care.
