Great coffee, but will be ordering from online from now on. Staff is friendly for the most part until a problem arises. There is no phone number for the store so you can’t reach an associate and the 800 number will tell you they can’t help with a boutique issue. The store associate seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered with the situation and had an attitude the entire time, she should consider another job where she doesn’t have to handle issues with customers, because a customer shouldn’t have to feel like they are the problem when the store was at fault.

I went to buy some capsules for my CitiZ machine and wanted to try something new. Both sales people were really helpful and made suggestions for me I sampled espresso and ended up buying two new varieties. Thank you! They also have recycle bags for your used capsules.
