I love Nespresso, I came into the SD store today and was greeted by the wonderful Suzi. She patiently helped me to pick the best coffee selection and was super sweet! Amazing customer service, personality, and super charismatic. Nespresso is lucky to have her! This was by far the best experience at a Nespresso store. I can’t wait to come back for her to assist me! :)

For years I was looking for the right and good coffee machine to brew a good coffee. I tried almost every machine out there, but none of those machine were easy to use, easy to maintaine fast to brew and have a good cup of coffee. But when my friend introduced me to Nespresso espresso I knew that was it. My search for the right coffee machine ended. I bought 2 nespresso coffee machines. Reasonable price, easy to use, fast brewing and makes a great Espresso and coffee. With a thick and smooth crema on both. Well worth it.

Beautiful store and the employees here have always been welcoming and friendly. I have waited in line a few times as capacity in the store is limited. The wait time is usually pretty low. I've experienced this store as a walk-in and where I was picking up an online order. Either process is easy and quick.

Their commitment to recycling the aluminum pods and their commitment to giving the disposable pods a second life puts them leagues above all other competitors in the market. Nespresso are working in conjunction with a Swiss company to build bikes from used, recycled Pods. There are over 88,000 Nespresso recycle locations available . NYC has direct recycling available at any blue, recycle container in the city. They also work in conjunction with UPS. Their machines only use the amount of energy necessary for the exact, perfect amount of Nespresso. The froth machines do The same. ️ I love the fact that I can order from the online Nespresso boutique and have the Nespresso pods at my door the very next day . I love having different coffees from all over the world at my fingertips; I love knowing that I am helping farmers in need . I most importantly love that no energy is wasted. Also, any waste that is created is recycled and refurbished! I was able to create my own package selection and mix and match the International Nespresso pods online, and the pods arrived the Very next day. I purchased my first nespresso today! I had a great time throughout the whole experience. I called phone number listed on the internet before going into the store. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and so helpful! She informed me about their price matching policy and encouraged me to visit the store. I am so glad she did! The woman who helped me on the store was the best! She laughed with me as she explained the differences in the machines, helped me choose all my coffee flavors and happy danced with me as I bubbled over with excitement for my new favorite toy!

Muhammed is a man of his word, bought 100 capsules and said he would have some glasses and a sleeve delivered to me since I purchased 100 capsules. Well my purchase was made at the La Jolla Nespresso store on 2/15/21 and sure enough the two glasses and sleeve have arrived to my home. Thanks so much Muhammed you are the best!
