Pathetic. They don't even try. They have contracts with new home builders and don't bother with customer retention. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

Horrible service and NO call back on any type of calls. Paid for a yearly service contract and NO show all year until I called and demanded for service. Came to the house 9 plus later on the service contract and left note on door an issues with the system. Didn't fix or call back for repair dates. Called over and over with Zero response. Been with this company since 2003 and time to pull the plug. Beware and stay away!
A very courteous gentleman came did a system check on the tank and aerator system. He was quick and throughly went through everything. He asked and answered a questions like a true professional. Glad we choose AAA for our inspections.
I have a service contract with this horrible company. They do not honor the terms of the contract and no one returns my calls
The stars count I am looking to buy a house that has AAA Septic.Inc. label on its controller to find out more seeing the report says it need injector repairs, but no 1 answers and recording says mailbox is not set up. Went to look at BBB because all I see is bad reviews, to my surprise there are just 2 complaints. Why aren't you all complaining on BBB site. Looks like i need to find a different company if i do buy.
