Fidelity internet is not quality for the price you are charged and the customer services is absolutely horrible!! When we call to talk to them because our internet is not working they tell us “if you don’t like our service you can go elsewhere.” This has happened in numerous occasions!! They are hateful and rude. What kind of business actually makes money from telling people that?

Service order handled by Tech Daryl. Not only did he check boxes, he checked outside. He saw that the original work was done poorly so he corrected that. He let me know that the issue was outside so that I could return to work. Courteous, knowledgeable and super friendly!
