The guys in the service department were super rude when I came in and tried to schedule an oil change and the guy in the sales department was not very helpful at all. We bought two ford escapes at the same time (different location) and we happened to be in joplin. I stopped by Joplin ford, told them my vehicle didn't come with a manual and he dropped everything to run through everything about our fords with us (first time does drivers). I'll stick with Joplin ford over these guys.

Very pleased with the whole experience! Tony was awesome! I bought my mustang here and I've never been happier with a car. It is definitely one of my favorite cars I own. We love this place! We bought my Jeep Wrangler, my husband's Cherokee, and my son's Charger from this dealership. We shopped around at the KC and Lawrence Dealerships, but found much better deals here. It was worth the 1.5 hour drive to say the least (to save thousands... yes...) . And we've been very happy with the customer service and service department as well. We will definitely go here again when it's time for a new vehicle.
